You can request deletion of your JSON Viewer account at any time by sending an email from your registered email address to contact@jsonviewer.tools.
For security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request. Requests must be sent from the email address associated with your account.
Once your request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted: • User account information (email and profile) • Saved JSON files and visualizations • Cloud-stored data and history • Preferences and settings • Subscription references (as permitted by law)
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving your deletion request.
If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it through the platform where it was purchased before requesting account deletion. Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.
Certain information may be retained for legal, security, or compliance reasons where required by law, such as transaction records.
