Use of Our Studio & Applications
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our web-based JSON visualization studio, API tools, and mobile application for personal, commercial, and enterprise engineering workflows, subject to these terms.
Acceptable User Conduct
You agree not to exploit the service for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer the compiled client engines, or attempt denial-of-service disruptions against our public API edge nodes.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
All software algorithms, graph layout engines, branding, trademarks, and documentation belong to JSON Viewer Tool. However, all payloads, diagrams, schemas, and exports generated by you remain 100% your exclusive intellectual property.
Client-Side Data Guarantee
JSON Viewer Studio processes datasets locally on your machine. We do not access, intercept, or log your visualization payloads unless you explicitly generate an authenticated cloud save or share link.
Mobile Billing & In-App Purchases
Mobile subscriptions are billed directly through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store In-App Purchases (iOS). Cancellation, family sharing, and refunds are managed directly via your respective store account settings.
Subscription Access & Cancellation
Pro features remain unlocked throughout active billing cycles. You may cancel at any moment. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period with zero cancellation fees.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we strive for 100% parsing accuracy across JSON, YAML, and CSV specifications, we recommend verifying critical production configurations before deployment.
Limitation of Liability
JSON Viewer shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network interruptions, or improper configuration of exported payloads.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSON Viewer and its contributors from any third-party claims arising from unlawful data transmission or violation of these terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in relevant designated courts.
Digital Products Policy
As our service includes immediate digital activation and client-side tooling, purchases are subject to digital product consumer guidelines. Please explore our generous free tier before purchasing.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms as new features or regulatory requirements emerge. Continued usage after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
